What we collect

When you use the contact form or email us: your name, company, work email, phone number (optional), your ERP and order volume (optional), and your message.
When you visit the site: our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and technical request data to deliver the site and protect it against attacks. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you.

Why we use it

To answer your request and, if you ask for one, prepare a Quick Scan proposal. Legal basis: steps you ask us to take before a contract (GDPR article 6(1)(b)).
To keep the site running and secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (GDPR article 6(1)(f)).

We do not use your data for advertising and we never sell it.

Who processes it for us

Web3Forms forwards contact-form messages to our inbox.
Cloudflare hosts the site.
[Google Workspace / Zoho Mail] runs our email.

How long we keep it
